Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
At VoyaX, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return & Exchange Policy ("Policy") applies to consumer orders placed through the official U.S. online store of Voyager Dynamics Inc. ("VoyaX", "we", "us", or "our").
Products purchased through authorized dealers, distributors, third-party marketplaces, or other sales channels are subject to the return and exchange policies of those sales channels.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for a refund within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery if either of the following applies:
- Quality issue or transit damage – the product has a functional defect not caused by misuse, or you provide documentation (such as carrier photos or a damage report) showing it was damaged during shipping.
- Change of mind (no reason required) – the product is unused, has not affected resale value, and includes all original packaging, accessories, complimentary gifts, manuals, and labels in good condition.
After your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days. Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery if:
- The product has a functional defect not caused by misuse.
- The product is materially different from its description.
- You provide documentation proving transit damage.
Change-of-mind requests are not eligible for exchange. Instead, they must be processed as a return within the 14-day return period.
Approved exchange items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days after approval.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons and may only qualify if there is a quality issue or shipping damage:
- Batteries and battery packs
- Propulsion units / motors once water-tested or used
- Final sale, clearance, or special-order items
- Products that have been used, ridden, launched on water, or show signs of wear
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email support@voyax.tech with your order number, item details, and reason.
- Wait for approval and your Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions.
- Please do not ship any item before receiving approval.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at your expense.
- Items returned without a valid Return Authorization may be lost, and VoyaX is not responsible for such losses.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Quality issue / Transit damage / Incorrect item
VoyaX covers all return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided where applicable. No shipping, insurance, or restocking fees will be charged.
Change-of-mind Returns
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping
- Shipping insurance
- Applicable restocking fee
The restocking fee will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout and deducted from the refund amount.
6. Restocking Fee
For returns not caused by our error (such as change-of-mind returns), a restocking fee applies to cover receiving, inspection, and inventory handling costs.
Products, accessories, and parts: 15% of the purchase price.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.
8. Relationship with Warranty Claims
This Policy applies only to returns and exchanges within the periods described above. If a product develops a defect after these periods, please refer to our separate written warranty. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with the updated effective date.
