Purchase - Redemption Process

1. Customer Purchase

Customers place pre-orders via store on the official VoyaX website after August 26.

 

2. Order Voucher & Refund Policy

After successful payment, the user's Order Number become the sole valid proof. Full refunds are available anytime during the benefit window (August 26 – September 27). The Pack will be removed from sale after September 27.

 

3. Online Dealer Binding

Users must log into the official website and lock an offline pickup dealer before September 27. Any uncompleted binding by the cutoff will trigger an automatic full refund, and the corresponding order will be rendered invalid. Switching is available before the designated deadline.

 

4. Pick-Up Confirmation Notification

All binding selections will be finalized on September 27, and a final customer list will be generated. Every user will receive an email confirming their final selected dealer.

 

5. Distributor Fulfillment Procedures

• Offline Dealer Fulfillment（Limited Time）

When purchasing the kayak in store, customers need to notify the dealer that they wish to redeem the Launch Pack, and present their binding confirmation email along with the Order No.. The dealer will hand over the products to the customer once all information is verified and matched.

• Online Dealer Fulfillment（Limited Time）

The customer verifies the confirmation email and Order No. with customer service. After the online dealer confirms the information is correct, they will directly ship the kayak and package to the customer.

Important Notes:

l Each user can purchase a maximum of two MOSSA Launch Angler Pack.

l Customer must purchase Kayak of VoyaX(VoyaX Mossa 128 & 97) to effectively redeem the benefits package.

l Redeeming the benefits package and purchasing Kayak must be done at the same dealer.

l The dealer list will be continuously updated.

l Each Kayak can be redeemed with a maximum of one benefits package.

l Failing to purchase a kayak before a limited time(To be updated) will cause a cancellation of the Launch Pack, and there is no refund available.
